Our execution strategy incorporates a highly responsive approach to manage your new amenity. We provide support to you and the vending operator with machine installation and oversight of machine maintenance. The operator will be responsible for set-up, stocking, and ensuring that products are checked for expiration daily. The operator will handle everything so that you and your residents can sit back and enjoy the most exciting new amenity to hit the market.
Once the order is processed, it can take up to 3 weeks for the machine to be received. Once the machine is delivered to your property, it will take up to 72 hours to install, stock, set up payment system and begin usage. Dates are best-guess estimates and are subject to change until a contract is executed.
Safety & Insurance
All of Happy Vending machines are covered with comprehensive general liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 to make sure your residents and property are protected.
In order to add safety to the property and to avoid vandalism and damage to the machine, the operator will be required to add two surveillance cameras around the vicinity of the machine as deemed by the insurance company.
Financial Benefits & Commission
We are looking to partner with residential properties that have at least 500 residents occupying them. Most of the time the property management pays the vending operator to place this amenity in their property and in some cases, the operator pays commission to the property itself. This will be decided after a property profile form is filled out and the vending operator and the property management agree on the compensation structure. Please note: Margins on grocery items are razor thin and therefore the compensation and commission for this amenity is different than laundry machines and other amenities the property offers.
